Project details

The 120 Lot Subdivision, adjacent to Whitney High School, is currently under construction. The project is full scope in services, from pre-construction to surface improvements, for a new client. The turnkey project bidding process was by special invite only and is ahead of schedule with a 4th quarter 2017 completion date. Lund has developed a strong relationship with the ownership group and as a result, has secured the next sub-division this ownership group plans to build in 2018.
