Project details

The full scope two phase project for Elliott Homes consisted of mass grading 275,000 cubic yards of dirt, installation of 45,000 LF of underground wet utilities (sewer, water, storm drain) and 10,500 LF of main line underground dry utilities (joint trench). Additionally we performed all of the topside work to finish the project out, allowing the developer to build a 251 new home sub-division community. Lund was brought into the project at the planning stage and had full scope control over the schedule and project through completion. Thus, we were able to deliver the project ahead of schedule so the developer had ample time to build their homes.
