Jeremiah Conley, Vice President at Lund Construction. With a career rooted in the heavy civil industry from a young age, Jeremiah’s journey began as a laborer on his father’s paving crew. Through progressive growth, he’s held various roles from running grading crews to serving as a grade setter, operator, and foreman. His dedication and expertise led him to become a partner in 2005, where he played a pivotal role in restructuring a company in 2021 for increased profitability and efficiency, overseeing notable projects like Bickford Ranch Backbone and Folsom Rach Backbone.

 Jeremiah brings invaluable experience to Lund Construction, emphasizing proactive planning and team collaboration. His role as Operations Manager is focused on providing essential support to the operations team and ensuring timely, budget-conscious project delivery for developers.

His guiding principle, “What is urgent isn’t always important, and what is important isn’t always urgent,” underscores his approach to strategic decision-making and project management.
