Prairie Town Way

The Prairie Town Way project consisted of rough grading, sewer, water, storm drain, Joint Trench, concrete, asphalt paving and signal modifications.  Completion of this project was critical to selling the adjacent properties and the commencement of future developments, so delivering on time was of the highest importance.  Because our team was awarded the full project scope, minimal owner involvement was required, and we had the ability to control the schedule.  This allowed the Lund team to work closely together to complete the project early, saving the owner time and money.  Through weekly project updates and visual project overview, the client was able to see the project progression in an easy and efficient way.
