Project details

The State Street’s Watermain project was won on public bid and entailed 10,000 LF of water main installation with 198 service replacements to area homes. During excavation the Lund team encountered sandy soil adding to the complexity of installing a new utility between existing aged infrastructure. In order to stay on track with our production schedule, and overcome this challenge, we maintained an adequate supply of on-site shoring. Once the installation was complete, Lund completed the trench restoration, returning the pavement to great condition for area residents.
