This Lincoln 75 lot subdivision contained numerous items including misc rough grading; 3,000 LF of Sewer; 2,000 LF of Stormdrain; 3,500 LF of Watermain; 5,400 LF of Joint trench; 7,000 LF of Concrete C&G & 110,000 SF of Paving.

In the pre-construction phase the Lund team was able to take a close look at the design and work with the client to forward plan by identifying potential grading and hard rock challenges, as well as incomplete engineering design. Utilizing the right equipment and procedures, combined with accelerated phasing to expedite the model construction, we overcame all challenges while still meeting the project deadlines.
