Whitney Ranch Drainage Crossing

This 1,200 AC site in Whitney Ranch, Rocklin, is a multi-year private development project requiring Lund to supply approximately 200 lots per year. During the course of the project we will complete construction of roads, dry utility infrastructure and a park, install drainage basins, process aggregates, perform dewatering and complete several million yards of mass excavation. By keeping a year round fleet of equipment and processing aggregates on site, the Lund team will be able to serve our client’s needs quickly and efficiently, saving them hundreds of thousands of dollars in costs and meeting tight construction schedules.
