Truemper Way Ext

The County of Sacramento retained Lund to construct the Truemper Extension requiring demolition of existing building and foundations, along with installing new infrastructure and utilities (400 LF of Sewer; 2,500 LF of Stormdrain; 1,900 LF of Watermain) in the roadway to support future landside and airside development. In the pre-construction phase of the project, the Lund team identified potential roadblocks and provided solutions for several key areas including, identifying unmarked utilities where we utilized ground penetrating radar, design/engineering challenges where we provided an in depth review of the site conditions compared to the plans then coordinated with the engineer and client to provide detailed solutions prior to potential project impacts, and differing site conditions where we provided investigation support and solutions to address the conditions. The project was completed to the customers satisfaction, meeting timeline and budget requirements.
