Project details

The construction crews at Lund Construction Co. have worked on numerous joint trench projects installing electrical conduits throughout the greater Sacramento area, including Rocklin, Roseville and Placer County, for nearly 3 decades. Specifically, Since 2009, our Rocksaw crews have been working for SMUD on 5 consecutive Cable Replacement contracts in various areas throughout Sacramento County, including the current 2024 Cable Replacement contract. Lund has installed numerous miles of conduit, vaults, boxes and tied into existing vaults for private development throughout SMUD’s geographical region. We have also installed similar facilities and gas lines for PG&E.

We have maintained a strong partnership with SMUD due to our dedication, expertise, equipment, and effectiveness on SMUD projects. Lund Construction’s Superintendent Steve Green has personally worked on SMUD contracts for the past 23 years.
